Tax and Trade

Somehow a compromise has been crafted that removes most of the opposition to the "Tax and Trade" Global Warming Fraud bill amongst democratic legislators from the farm states. The leadership has therefore moved to rush the bill to the floor this Friday. The bill has 1,201 pages and I am sure that NO ONE has read the whole thing.

While the country is distracted by the debate on health care reform and unrest in Iran, this bill is rushed through.

Many of you come from safe conservative areas. However, if you come from a district represented by a democrat that might be peeled off, PLEASE call the representative's office and URGE him to vote against the bill because it is a power-grab, is a tax increase hidden by "Green" environmental sophistry and will raise the cost of everything. If you can afford the increases in gasoline, natural gas, fuel oil, food, any good transported by truck, train, airplane and if you want the government to tell us what kind of cars, homes, communities we will be able to have...sit back and do nothing. Otherwise, if you are middle class and want to avoid poverty...help defeat this catastrophe of a bill.
